Trishuli, Bhote Koshi, Karnali, Arun, Bheri, Kaligandaki, Sunkoshi, Marshyangi are major rivers of Nepal which are best for rafting and kayaking experience. September to mid-December, March to early May and June to august are best timing for rafting and kayaking here.
