Ganja La Pass Trekking

Ganja La Pass Trekking is tough trail with wonderful and sparkling Langtang Valley. With thrilling experience it crosses Ganja La Pass isolated Sherpa and Tamang villages. With out stray far from Kathamndu Langtang region delivers more amazing views and experience of Himalayan views, people and culture in a short time than any other trek in Nepal. The trek begins from Dhunche Bazzar through the open and lush valley. Nepal's national flower, the Rhododendron and snow-capped mountains are glimpse of the trek as aesthetics. Number of birds with other wildlife such as Wild Boar and Languor monkey can observe through out the trek. Tamang religious practices, language, dress and life attracts you, similar with high Himalayan Tibetan culture when moving up.

Tserko Ri (4,984m) with comparatively less challenge offers the spectacular views of Himalayas and passes. You can make a shorter trek to Kyanjin Ri or move up to the Valley. Pristine Gompa at Kyanjin as set in middle of Himalayas. You have to spend single day at kyanjin to acclimatize for elevated altitudes. It’s a beautiful township providing splendid panoramic view of Langtang Lirung Genjempol, Ganjala and Naya Kenga Himal ranges. Cheese factory and 400 years old Buddhist Monastery are other attraction of it.

After Kyanjin Gompa trekking over the wonderful Ganja La (5400m) challenging pass located on the edge of the Naya Kang (5846m). From where wonderful views of Ganesh and Jugal Himal massif greets as you cross to the pleasant Helambu region. Tea house facilities are not available during Ganja La Pass Trekking thus our team will accommodate you on tented camp.
