The Royal Trekking is one of the short trekking on Annapurna region. With diverse terrain and communities the trekking trail offers superb panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. In early eighties British Prince Charles explored this trail and later named 'The Royal Trek'. It offers not only natural beauty and high Himalayas to its visitors the Royal Trekking have significant cultural, ethnical, religious settings during trip. With elevation setting of Annapurna region the trekking trail surrounded with notable presence of flora and fauna.

The Royal Trekking is fairly popular with groups and families. It starts from Pokhara heads westwards ascending a ridge to Kalikasthan and follows the ridgeline eastward part Thulakot and Begnaskot to Syaklung. Finally Trekking meets Chisapani and returns to Pokhara. During the journey you will explore full and final view of Pokhara city with its Himalayan and Lake setting. In comparison with others the Royal Trekking route is not crowded; you can get closer experience of nature, culture and lifestyle throughout trek.

Spectacular Annapurna Region with Gurung cultural setting presents typical Nepali orientation. Gurung, Magar community of the region organize Rodhi, traditional dance and singing competition for entertainment. It's famous and popular culture of the western part of Nepal even among youth.
